I really fucking miss adult conversation

I shared today that I have started doing somatic exercises on my social media. At the end of the day there is an abundance of life coaches, health coaches, nutritionists, somatic “experts” etc on social media. I am very Discerning who to give my money to, it is important to me to take my time and to listen to my BODY when I make decisions – in every area of my life, if it isn’t a clear YES, it is a no (FOR NOW). So I followed the work out witch for awhile and really resonated with what she was saying, a lot of it matched my ongoing symptoms and I just knew it was a HUGE missing piece in my healing journey. But I needed to wait patiently to find who I wanted to learn somatics from. So, I purchased her 3 course bundle, which is 90 days of somatic exercises. I am currently on day 30. It is super easy, 10-15 minutes a day of easy movement. I wasn’t sure what to expect and the main reason I delved into it was to obviously calm my nervous system and get back into balance. I want to not be so triggered and in massive amounts of fight and flight. I was interested to see if it helped any other symptoms as well and figured that would be a bonus. But it’s helped something I didn’t realise it would and its such an incredible bonus!
