Embracing Intuitive Health
27/12/22
Christmas is done and dusted, What a different one it was. It was just Dan and I, the kids and my parents. Very chilled. Dan tried a sip of red wine and just couldn’t do it. I had two half glasses of bubbly over two days and honestly, don’t even care about alcohol at all – not that I’ve drank much since I first became pregnant. A very healthy Christmas lunch with an abundance of vegetables. Dan’s pain has gotten a little better each day post laparoscopy, he’s a week post op today and slowly able to do more things around the house, but still in pain, always, and tired etc.
He's started another fast, this time just water and nothing else, no supplements, nothing. He’s just going intuitively. We’ve got time between now and when the oncologist calls on the 9th to try push chemo again, but we’ll delay her again as we are meeting with a naturopathic oncologist on the 10th, Between now and then we’re focusing on going SLOW, intuitive living, being present, healthy living, working on our mental and emotional health etc
I feel so much more positive and optimistic away from the medical system. Continuing to take each day as it comes and live and breathe health, cos, honestly I enjoy it. I made some essential oil rollers today, I scored a free dehydrator and tested it out today and it works well! Made 1L of juice, my friend let me borrow her cold pressed juicer, I’m still trying to figure out what juicer to buy, its freaking overwhelming!
I’m slowly tweaking my lifestyle to ensure its optimal to ME and our new way of living, and also my business as well, 2023 will be different for Mindfully You!
